I am so pleased and thrilled with my new driveway from Grade A Asphalt! I couldn't be happier! This company is awesome! Steve kept me up to date every step of the way, showed he really cared about our need to have our driveway completed as soon as possible, and made it happen! He immediately returns texts and answers any questions. Such amazing customer service! Sal also was terrific in giving references and also responding immediately. I was so pleased with the driveways I saw that were completed by Grade A Asphalt Services and I was sold. Jamee, in the home office, was friendly, efficient and responsible with correspondences and paperwork. This is such a friendly company. When Steve told me that their team was coming first thing in the morning, I was thrilled as I saw the trucks arrive at 7 am! The preparation was beautiful and exactly what we asked for. When they returned to pour the driveway, they arrived first thing in the morning and were completed before noon. The driveway looks fabulous! Finally, I had several estimates and talked with many companies, all of which were very excellent and competitive, but Grade A Asphalt's price could not be beat! Had a few problems at the start. Due mostly to Covid closing the asphalt plant. I had a concrete walk, front porch, and an asphalt driveway installed. All work is done in a professional manner. The sidewalk lined up with the asphalt drive. The driveway had to be pitched in two different directions. No puddles and the water flow of the driveway is excellent. Cleaned up was so good it looked like they were never there. Sal went above and beyond what needed to be done. The paving team they have is amazing! They took a little longer than expected but wow. They did an amazing job replacing my driveway and making it seamless! My expectations weren't very high because I work with many companies for my job and know how most contractors work but these guys are so different. They care about their work and the client's satisfaction! I had 3 other companies quote me and Grade A was higher in price but Steve knew what he was talking about as soon as he saw my drive. The village was giving them issues about depth but didn’t know what the end goal was so they did have to pay a fee that Steve told me about immediately. I will be contacting them again for future seal coats and any other asphalt needs. Highly recommended!Jacob R. , Round Lake, IL
